Peakside Launches Another Investment in the Tri-City Area

Peakside Capital Advisors is preparing to launch a new warehouse project in the Tri-City metropolitan area. A modern urban logistics park will be developed in Przejazdowo, near the Gdańsk East junction that connects the S7 expressway with the center of Gdańsk. The project will include two warehouse buildings with a total area of over 20,000 square meters, with available unit sizes starting at 1,700 square meters. The investment is scheduled for completion and occupancy in the summer of 2026.

Peakside has begun expanding its warehouse operations beyond Warsaw into regional markets across Poland. As part of this new initiative, the company will construct a modern urban logistics park in Przejazdowo, located in Gdańsk County. The development involves the construction of two warehouse halls with a total area exceeding 20,000 square meters. Tenants will be offered flexible modules, with units starting at 1,700 square meters, in response to increasing demand from both production and logistics clients in the leasing market.

The Tri-City is one of the fastest-growing markets in Poland. Its strategic location and growing importance in logistics and international trade make it a natural direction for our expansion. This project marks another step in building our nationwide warehouse platform and reflects the consistent execution of Peakside’s growth strategy in the logistics real estate market - said Stefan Laszczyk, Investment Associate at Peakside.

The investment is a thoughtful response to the growing demand for modern warehouse and office space within urban agglomerations.

Our project will not only be functional and flexible for tenants across various sectors but also designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating the latest technological and environmental solutions. Our goal is to create a logistics park that combines high quality, energy efficiency, and excellent transport accessibility – both for users and their employees - added Olga Wałkiewicz, Leasing Director at Peakside.

The planned buildings will be 12 meters in height and equipped with features such as heat pumps, electric vehicle chargers, and roofs adapted for photovoltaic installations. As a result, the investment will meet the highest sustainable building standards, confirmed by BREEAM and LEED certifications and compliance with the EU Taxonomy.

The urban logistics park will benefit from an excellent location. It will be situated near the S7 expressway and the Gdańsk East junction, just under 9 km from the center of Gdańsk and approximately 10 km from the port area. The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters away. According to the schedule, the leasable spaces will be ready for use by summer next year.
