Wymagania projektowe okrętowych osłon konstrukcyjno balistycznych

Przedstawiono wymogi stawiane okrętowym osłonom konstrukcyjno-balistycznym (OOKB) celem zapewnienia: odporności na ostrzał pocisków, funkcjonalności kadłuba po ostrzale, odpowiednich właściwości mechanicznych, łączenia elementów osłon. Pokazano obraz penetracji balistycznej materiałów tarczy pociskiem oraz modele opisujące proces penetracji tarczy pociskiem. Zobrazowano zależności odporności tarczy stalowej od jej grubości i twardości. W oparciu o przeprowadzone badania podano grubości balistyczne wybranych stali. W zakończeniu zaprezentowano wymogi stawiane stalom przeznaczonym na OOKB.
THE REQUIREMENTS OF DESIGNING OF CONSTRUCTIONAL AND BALLISTIC SAFETY SHIELDS IN MARINE VESSELS
Abstract
In the article there have been presented the requirements for constructional and ballistic safety shields in marine vessels - it is made to provide: an impact resistance, a hull functionality after firing, an appropriate mechanical properties, a connection between elements of shields. There is a view of ballistic shield penetration by a missile and the models, that describe a process of shield penetration by the missile. There have been also illustrated the resistance dependences on its thickness and hardness. Using the results of a research, the ballistic thickness of selected steels have been presented. In the end of the article there are posted the requirements, that are established for steels created for constructional and ballistic safety shields in marine vessels. (...)
