New CTP Investments in Poland and Further Development

In the first half of 2025, the CTP Group delivered 224,000 sqm of logistics and industrial space. Of this, 67,617 sqm (around 30% of the GLA) was delivered in Poland. By the end of the year, the company plans to provide between 1.2 and 1.7 million sqm of GLA across all markets where it operates. Overall, in 10 CEE countries, the Group’s property portfolio currently totals 13.5 million sqm, representing an increase of about 8.9% compared to last year.

Between January and June 2025, CTP Group recorded an 11% increase in leased space, reaching 1,015,000 sqm (918,000 sqm in H1 2024). Across Europe, the company currently has about 2 million sqm under construction. Seventy-nine percent of this space is located within existing CTParks that are being expanded. In Poland, CTP operates 19 business parks and is currently carrying out 13 new investments with a total area of 291,825 sqm, including both extensions of existing facilities and new locations across the country.

We are seeing a steady increase in demand for CTParks, which, thanks to their high functionality, flexible adaptation to tenants’ needs, and environmentally friendly solutions, provide optimal conditions for business development and scaling up operations. Since the beginning of the year, we have already commercialized over 115,000 sqm of leasable space – said Piotr Flugel, Managing Director at CTP Poland.

The largest transactions completed in Poland in H1 included: the lease of over 34,000 sqm at CTPark Sulechów to a logistics operator offering a wide range of services, and the lease of 20,000 sqm at CTPark Warsaw North to a logistics company belonging to an international capital group. These market successes go hand in hand with the company’s sustainable development strategy.

CTP is consistently expanding its property portfolio based on the highest environmental standards. All our facilities are BREEAM-certified at least at the ‘Very Good’ level. We also offer our business partners access to green energy from photovoltaic installations, which not only helps them optimize operating costs but also achieve their ESG goals – explained Dominika Duda-Słoma, Chief Financial Officer at CTP Poland.

At the Group level, CTP currently operates photovoltaic power plants with a total capacity of 138 MWp – 23 MWp more than in the same period last year. As a result, renewable energy revenues reached EUR 8 million, an increase of EUR 4.6 million year on year.
