Hillwood Secures Refinancing for the Acquisition of a Logistics Park in Gdańsk

In February of this year, Hillwood Polska expanded its portfolio by acquiring a logistics park located in the eastern part of Gdańsk. Its strategic location near the A1 motorway, the Tri-City bypass, and the Baltic Hub Container Terminal makes the facility a key point on the region's logistics map.

In the refinancing process, mBank was supported by the Warsaw office of the CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang law firm. Hillwood Polska received legal support from Clifford Chance during the financing acquisition process.

The logistics park in Gdańsk was acquired from funds managed by Blackstone and consists of two fully leased warehouse buildings located on Elbląska Street – the first with an area of 27,000 sqm, and the second with 16,000 sqm. The full occupancy of the facility confirms its attractiveness and the strategic importance of its location for the logistics sector.
