Analiza oceny niezawodności eksploatacyjnej autostradowego systemu poboru opłat

Autostradowe systemy poboru opłat pracują w zróżnicowanych warunkach eksploatacyjnych gdzie ich poprawne funkcjonowanie uwarunkowane jest między innymi niezawodnością poszczególnych elementów elektromechanicznych. Każdy przestój związany z awarią w działaniu systemu powoduje straty w postaci zwiększonych kosztów czasu podróży wraz ze społecznymi kosztami zanieczyszczenia środowiska. W artykule przedstawiono strukturę metody oceny niezawodności eksploatacyjnej autostradowego systemu poboru opłat wraz z jej analizą w ujęciu procesu eksploatacji systemu z uwzględnieniem niezawodności jego elementów.
Analiza taka umożliwia odszukanie odpowiedzi na pytanie czy dany system spełnia wymogi w zakresie niezawodności i dostępności określonych w standardach i przepisach normatywnych oraz w jaki sposób należy określić strategię jego działania.

Abstract
Motorway toll collection systems work in different operating conditions where their proper functioning is conditioned, among others reliability of various electromechanical components. Any downtime associated with failures in the operation of the system causes a loss in the form of increased costs of travel time, along with the social costs of pollution. The article presents the structure of operational reliability assessment methods motorway toll system and its analysis in terms of process, operation of the system including the reliability of its components. This analysis allows to find answers to the question whether a system meets the requirements for reliability and availability specified in standards and regulatory rules and how to define a strategy for its operations.
