The courier company TNT Express has launched another branch in Poland. The entire Podbeskidzie region will be served from Bielsko-Biała. The company expects to serve clients from the automotive industry, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises.
– The creation of a new branch is part of the organic growth strategy of TNT Express in Poland, announced at the beginning of this year – says Robert Mianowski, General Manager of TNT Express Poland. – In the case of Bielsko-Biała, we are also counting on a synergy effect: it is worth remembering that our sister company, TNT Automotive Logistics, which provides logistics services mainly to companies in the automotive sector, has been operating here successfully for years.
TNT Express clients were previously served by the company’s Katowice representative office – the establishment of a branch in Bielsko-Biała is beneficial for them, among other things, due to the possibility of direct contact with regional company representatives and their availability via a local Bielsko phone number. Clients now have more time to prepare shipments (the courier can pick them up later), and goods will be delivered earlier than before. The region’s entrepreneurs will be served by TNT Express specialists from the operations, sales, and customer service departments, as well as, of course, couriers.
