There is a noticeable lack of publications on the market regarding the functioning of warehouse management in terms of the conditions for storing, keeping, packaging, and transporting industrial goods, food products, and hazardous substances and materials. The book presents the requirements for warehouses and storage processes resulting from the conditions of storing goods, and also discusses the impact of packaging, storage, and transport on their quality. This comprehensive study, prepared by a team of authors representing the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing, the Poznań School of Logistics, and the Poznań University of Economics and Business, consists of three parts.
