TNT’s service improves the payment management process and reduces paper processing costs. Express Invoicing offers secure access, control, and archiving of invoices. To use the new service, all that is required is internet access and an email account. Instead of a paper document, TNT will send the customer an email with a link to a secure website (access is password-protected) where the electronic invoices will be located. The documents will be available in various formats, including PDF and CSV, as well as XML.
