Koma Nord, a Gdynia-based IT systems integrator, has signed an outsourcing services agreement with the Regional Road Administration in Gdańsk.
The contract was signed for a period of 3 years and covers a full range of IT services. The company will take care of all workstations, including software, as well as servers belonging to the Regional Road Administration in Gdańsk.
Under the agreement, the company will be responsible for the communication system, providing solutions aimed at increasing information access security, data archiving, resolving ongoing user issues, and managing the website. Currently, the web portal provides information on road repairs, traffic disruptions, and publishes recommendations for drivers. Ultimately, it is to be integrated with the nationwide road condition information system in Poland.
