ProLogis, a leading global provider of distribution facilities, has signed a lease agreement with Transkam for an additional 5,000 square meters of space at ProLogis Park Nové Mesto, a facility located 100 kilometers northeast of Bratislava.

ProLogis Park Nové Mesto is a modern distribution park consisting of two buildings with a total area of 36,000 square meters. The first is a recently built build-to-suit facility with an area of 25,000 square meters for the international clothing distributor, C&A. The second hall has 11,000 square meters of space and is currently fully leased to Transkam. Ultimately, the park will consist of seven buildings offering a total of over 100,000 square meters of high-quality industrial space.
ProLogis’ portfolio in Slovakia includes three strategically located distribution parks with a total warehouse area of over 387,000 square meters.
