Erwin Quarder is a German enterprise specializing in the production of components for casting machinery and equipment, as well as the design of automated casting technology systems. The company’s Czech branch has been operating since 2004. Currently, the enterprise has two production plants located in Ostrava and Michigan, USA.

The agreement concluded with the German company is the largest lease transaction in Tulipan Park Ostrava to date.

The Tulipan Park Ostrava logistics center is being built on a 4-hectare plot located in the Přívoz district. It is a two-phase project that will ultimately offer clients 20,000 square meters of modern warehouse and production space. Phase I of the Park consists of two separate buildings with a total area of 11,000 square meters. A major advantage of the investment is its excellent location. Tulipan Park Ostrava is situated near the city center, in the immediate vicinity of the longest Czech motorway, the D1, connecting Prague with Brno and Poland. The transaction was brokered by the real estate agency Carroll & Dohnal.
