MIS SA is preparing and implementing a B2B web portal to support the business partners of the Polish furniture manufacturer, Kler SA. The goal of the implementation is to streamline communication between Kler SA and its partners both domestically and abroad, especially with a view to increasing furniture exports to global markets.
The documents that will be made available on the portal include terms of cooperation, full marketing information, image databases, and technical documentation. The portal will also serve as a communication platform between partners and the Kler company. Each user will be granted permissions to access the appropriate resources. The portal will be prepared using Lotus Notes technology. This platform ensures identification and precise supervision of permissions for published information for every logged-in user. External user access will be provided via a web browser. In the next stage, further automation of commercial processes is planned. As part of the contract, MIS SA will prepare the mis-Partner21/Portal application.
