The entire implementation process of the TETA Personel system at the Italian company IS-Polska took just 30 days. This is one of the fastest implementations of this system from the Wrocław-based company TETA.
IS-Polska Sp. z o.o., a company involved in the production of car headliners, whose main customers are Volkswagen, General Motors, and BMW, decided to implement the following modules: HR, Payroll, and Civil Law Contracts. The company also intends to expand the functionality of the TETA Personel system with the following modules: Working Time Settlement and Occupational Health and Safety. The continuous development of IS-Polska has led to the company’s decision to change its organizational structure in the near future and hire another 100 employees. At that point, the holding version of the TETA Personel system will be launched.
The TETA Personel system was implemented in an exceptionally short time. One month after the companies began their cooperation, the implemented system calculated and paid out salaries for the previous month. This is due to both the professional service provided by TETA’s consultants and the approach of the HR department staff to performing the increased number of tasks resulting from the implementation of the new IT system.
