HDF, a company specializing in software development for process management, is expanding its offer to include services related to the comprehensive implementation of RFID radio identification. HDF offers RFID architecture design, development of systems respecting individual customer needs, consulting on device selection, and accessories. As a result of this strategy, the company has become the first Polish partner of Datamars SA – one of the world’s most recognized manufacturers of RFID solutions. The Swiss company specializes in serving the logistics, laundry, waste management, and veterinary (animal tagging) sectors.
– RFID offers unprecedented possibilities: it enormously accelerates automatic identification processes while ensuring high quality, significantly increases the amount of data that can be transmitted, and provides greater control and security. – says Tomasz Czarnecki, Sales Manager at HDF Sp. z o.o. – This is the technology of the future, and its widespread use in Poland is no longer a question of “if”, but “when”. HDF is already introducing a wide range of services based on RFID through a strategic partnership with one of the most recognized global players in this market.
As part of its cooperation with Datamars, HDF has included services and equipment in its offer, including tags (transponders – e.g., laundry tags), chips, readers, and antennas. These have complemented the existing range in this area, which includes tags (e.g., cargo tags for marking containers and reusable packaging), printers, RFID readers and terminals from other manufacturers, as well as consumables: paper and foil RFID labels. Among the services provided in the field of RFID, HDF includes, among others, developing RFID radio coverage maps, creating systems that meet individual customer needs, consulting on device selection, etc. The company also offers ready-made solutions (so-called “boxed” solutions) – it recently introduced its proprietary program HDF Pralnia 2007, which helps automate laundry processes using RFID solutions or standard barcodes.
