Colliers International appointed as manager of the largest logistics park in Poland

The Property Management Department of Colliers International has been selected by Europolis Real Estate Asset Management to manage the Poland Central logistics and business park in Wola Bykowska.

The Poland Central logistics and business center was designed as a European Distribution Hub serving both regional cities in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The park covers a total area of 120 hectares and will offer 500,000 sqm of total leasable area over the next 5-7 years. The first building, offering a total of 43,200 sqm of space, was commissioned in August 2007.

– We are extremely pleased to have been selected as the manager of the Poland Central logistics and business center by Europolis. – says Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Head of Property Management at Colliers International. – We are even more proud that Colliers was selected through a tender process. This is our second warehouse project, and we intend to specialize in this sector as well. We see great opportunities for property management services in the industrial and logistics market and anticipate an increase in demand for such services. Currently, the property management department of Colliers International Poland manages nearly 70,000 sqm of warehouse space. We have hired an experienced team of managers specialized in managing industrial properties. – adds Rajska-Wolińska.

Thanks to its optimal location in the center of Poland, this Park provides an ideal place for logistics and light manufacturing needs. The main entrance to the site is located at national road no. 91 (connecting Piotrków Trybunalski and Łódź). The park is situated 0.2 km from the existing exit of the A1 route (connecting Gdańsk with Southern Europe) and approximately 1.4 km from the S8/E1 dual carriageway (connecting Warsaw with the industrial region of Silesia).
