BCS Polska becomes an official Motorola partner with ACSP status

BCS Polska – an IT solutions integrator in the field of data acquisition, remote transmission, and management based on barcodes and RFID – has become an official Motorola partner with Authorized Canopy Solution Provider (ACSP) status.

Authorized Canopy Solution Provider (ACSP) is the highest status that Motorola grants to partner companies providing Canopy broadband radio network solutions. Thanks to this certification, BCS Polska, as an Authorized Canopy Solution Provider, ensures customers receive the highest level of service in the sale and implementation of the Canopy platform, including network planning, technical analysis, solution installation, and technical support.

– Expanding the BCS Polska offer with the Canopy platform is an important element in our company’s strengthening of its competitive advantage in building wireless networks in connection with automatic identification systems. This is particularly important in the context of the growing interest of companies in using data transmission based on radio networks. – said Łukasz Iwanczewski, Vice President of the Management Board of BCS Polska.

Motorola Canopy is a modern solution supporting the so-called “last mile,” intended for users interested in fast, broadband, wireless data transmission. Motorola’s Canopy broadband connectivity products are used by, among others, telecommunications operators, service providers, and private network operators. Motorola Canopy is a system that combines high reliability with exceptional performance, security, ease of deployment and operation, and cost-effectiveness. Canopy provides efficient radio technology, offers a competitive advantage, and ensures a quick return on investment in a period of just six to twelve months. The Motorola Canopy platform is available in many countries and adapted to operate on various frequencies, in accordance with local requirements. As a result of its evolution, the Canopy family of solutions will eventually become part of Motorola’s WiMAX offering.

The Canopy platform allows for the delivery of network infrastructure (Ethernet networks) for WLAN needs, especially in the case of extensive locations, e.g., large storage yards, multiple warehouses in a large area. The use of WLAN radio networks in connection with automatic identification systems allows for significant facilitation and acceleration of work, elimination of errors, and thus an increase in the quality of customer service and rapid response to their requests. It enables wireless communication between mobile devices such as portable data collectors and the Ethernet network. Employees equipped with radio terminals with integrated barcode readers can easily and quickly perform operations on goods throughout the entire warehouse complex, company, office, loading ramps, etc. Through the network, it is easy to monitor the movement of goods from the moment of their production, through receipt into the warehouse, until the moment of sale or shipment.
