From January 14, 2009, flights from Katowice to Barcelona will land at the city’s main airport – El Prat. Until now, flights were operated from Barcelona Girona airport.
– The change of airport will allow us to create an even more convenient network of connections for passengers traveling to this popular Spanish city – says Natasa Kazmer, Director of Communications and Public Affairs at Wizz Air.
Flights on the Katowice-Barcelona and Barcelona-Katowice routes will take place twice a week – on Wednesdays and Sundays. Passengers who have already booked tickets for flights on these routes will be informed about the changes individually.
