TransBaltic

The main goal of TransBaltic is to gather all existing visions, plans, and practical actions created by various institutions and economic entities in the Baltic region into one coherent and systematized concept from the perspective of sustainable regional development and system inputs and outputs (logistics centers, ports, railway lines, motorways of the sea, etc.). The project is closely linked to the European Union’s policy regarding the development of Europe’s transport system and its cohesion, influencing the shaping of policies such as the EU Green Papers or the integrated approach to economic development postulated by the Fourth Cohesion Report. The project will last for three years, and its value is approximately 4.6 million EUR.
