The new products are dedicated to large transport enterprises with offices in multiple locations both domestically and abroad. Teleroute CONNECT is a communication protocol that allows for data exchange between a company’s internal Transport Management System (TMS) and Teleroute solutions. Thanks to it, offers can be published on the freight exchange directly via the company’s TMS. The Private Freight Exchange is a unique system that allows all company branches to exchange information about freight offers within the company and its network of partners before they are published on the open Teleroute freight exchange.
Freight entered by freight forwarders into the company’s internal TMS system is automatically published on the Teleroute freight exchange thanks to the Teleroute CONNECT protocol. Because a given offer is entered only once, the number of data entry errors is reduced to almost zero. Teleroute CONNECT is a tool that saves time and money while increasing the efficiency of transport companies’ operations. Another function of TC is the ability to transfer freight and vehicle offers from the freight exchange to the TMS system. The solution is very simple to integrate with existing TMS-class IT systems in companies. It ensures a high level of security thanks to access control functions, which prevent unauthorized users from publishing offers.
The Private Freight Exchange enables large transport operators to exchange information about published freight within the company and improves cooperation between distributed offices, reducing the need to use external service providers. Furthermore, the solution allows offers to be presented to a company’s regular partners before making the freight available to all users of the exchange. The system can be installed in any number of a company’s branches and in any language.
