Software Mind, a Krakow-based IT product provider, is executing a project for the Iranian company Data Processing Company. The contract covers consulting in the field of project methodologies and strategy. Data Processing Company – responsible for implementing a number of systems for the national telephone network operator – has begun cooperation with the QualityLab team at Software Mind. The goal of the project is:
- assessment of the approach used for current project execution;
- support in defining templates and processes;
- adapting existing solutions to the specifics of the new project;
- supporting the project team with organizational knowledge.
The choice of Software Mind for the contract was determined by, among other things: the company’s extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, knowledge of the domain, and the potential for further, broader cooperation between the companies.
