Trans.info is a portal created with the transport community in mind and co-created by its members. In addition to the changed look of the site, the Trans.info portal now features new applications designed to improve access to transport information from all over Europe and enhance the functionality of the online platform. The portal, of course, also contains a portion of updated industry information.
There, you can obtain the most current news from border crossings, data on average fuel prices in major cities, currency exchange rates, or the current weather forecast. By visiting the portal, we can keep track of changes in transport regulations applicable in all European countries, and we will also discover newly opened transport connections.
To make access to information even easier, portal users can subscribe to the transletter, an electronic newsletter sent weekly to the user’s email inbox, containing the most important information from European media.
Every registered member of the Trans.info community will have the ability to post comments on information and rate it, and furthermore, users themselves will be able to add news, photos, and recordings via a special panel.
In addition to searching through the posted multimedia, the authors have enabled portal visitors to listen to information from online traffic radio stations. The first to cooperate was the Wrocław-based radio station Traffic, which provides 24-hour updates on the current road situation. The platform is operated by the company nadaje.com – a leading provider of online radio signals in the country.
