Getronics offers a new service for fast and maintenance-free RDX installation – Rapid Deployment eXperience, which enables efficient upgrading of desktop computers to the latest versions of Microsoft software. RDX also allows for a significant reduction in costs, by up to 30 percent, and significantly reduces downtime associated with software migration. This service should be of particular interest to those customers who already use integrated data storage, server, and network solutions and require more advanced IT infrastructures. RDX also expands the outsourcing services already provided by Getronics regarding networks and computer workstations through the use of remote solutions that meet the highest quality standards. RDX is the first joint initiative undertaken by Getronics and Microsoft on a global scale.
