Another client from the pharmaceutical industry has appreciated the excellent location and close proximity to the capital of Panattoni Park Błonie II. A lease agreement for over 7,200 sqm was signed by Poltraf Sp. z o.o., a company involved in the organization and handling of direct distribution for companies in the pharmaceutical and related industries, operating in the hospital and pharmacy market.
– As our company grows, we have started looking for modern space in the Warsaw area – says Piotr Król, President of the Management Board of Poltraf Sp. z o.o. – The leased space will serve as our central warehouse for the Warsaw region. The new warehouse will provide full service in terms of storage, packaging of goods, as well as buffering of stocks for external companies. The tenant will move into the hall in April 2010. In the over 24,000 sqm Panattoni Park Błonie II, Poltraf will be neighbors with companies such as: Logus, Indykpol, OSG, and MPM Product.
Poltraf Sp. z o.o. is another client operating in the pharmaceutical industry that has signed an agreement with Panattoni Europe. Among Panattoni’s tenants are leading drug distributors in the country, such as ACP PHARMA, which leases space at Panattoni Park Ożarów. Panattoni’s clients also include Torfarm SA, a leader in pharmaceutical distribution, supplying pharmacies throughout Poland. Meanwhile, for Farmacol SA, one of the leading drug distributors in the country, the developer is currently building a dedicated building with an area of over 5,000 sqm in Żerniki near Poznań, as part of a “fee development” investment agreement.
