The website www.paczkapocztowa.pl is an online platform dedicated exclusively to parcel shipments offered by Poczta Polska. Here, you will find all the necessary information about new services – Business Parcel and Oversized Parcel – as well as the company’s existing parcel offer. The redesigned website is clearer and allows users to navigate easily and freely.
A new feature on the site is the parcel assistant. After entering data regarding the weight of the shipment and the desired delivery time, the virtual assistant will suggest the Poczta Polska parcel service that is most advantageous in terms of price and logistics. Additionally, after providing the dimensions of the shipment, the system will suggest the best packaging.
– The e-commerce segment is developing dynamically, and Poczta Polska is very active in it with its new services – says Sławomir Żurawski, Director of the KEP Service Development Office at Poczta Polska. – The new parcel service allows customers to use a modern platform with the features they need most.
The website www.paczkapocztowa.pl also offers an educational zone. You can learn everything about prices and preparing shipments (the electronic sender application and address label templates) there.
The platform also provides access to a web application that allows you to track parcel shipments. Using it is possible after entering the parcel numbers. The form allows you to find basic information about the shipment and its route.
This year, Poczta Polska introduced two new parcel offers to the market, recommended for the e-commerce industry, among others. Business Parcel (max. 30 kg) is an offer prepared with companies in mind. The fee depends on the number of parcels sent per month. That is, the more you send, the cheaper it is. The price of sending is determined not by weight, but primarily by the size of the packaging.
Business Parcel is sent in the sender’s own packaging. In this offer, so-called pre-notification is available – before the parcel is delivered, the recipient will receive an SMS message stating that the parcel will be delivered on the same day. The service is carried out throughout the country within a guaranteed D+2 timeframe (D means the day of sending the parcel, and 2 means the number of business days that have passed from the day of sending the parcel to the day of its delivery).
Oversized Parcel is an offer for individual customers and small to medium-sized enterprises. The novelty is the departure from charging for the weight of the shipment. Its weight – up to 20 kg – does not affect the price. Poczta Polska has designed five special, differently sized packages made of ecological paper. Among the new packages, we can find those that are perfect for sending, for example, discs (the smallest package) or posters (tube package).
