Panattoni Europe, the market leader in industrial space in Poland, is also becoming increasingly active in the Czech Republic. The company has completed the construction of the third building at Panattoni Park Prague Airport, 75% of which has been leased by Domo Service.
Panattoni Park Prague Airport, the developer’s flagship investment in the Czech Republic, located in the immediate vicinity of the Prague Ruzyně International Airport, has attracted another tenant. Domo Service, the exclusive distributor of products from companies such as Leifheit, Soehnle, and Dr. Oetker, has leased over 15,400 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 2,000 sqm of office space.
– We chose Panattoni’s offer due to the park’s excellent location, which is preferred by our clients – says Martin Jírovec from Domo Service. – Our decision was also influenced by the favorable terms of the transaction and the possibility of quickly setting up the center. Domo Service will move into the newly completed hall, which is the third building of the center.
The Panattoni park is located just 20 kilometers from Prague and is perfectly connected to the city center by public transport. Ultimately, the center will consist of 8 buildings with a total area of 160,000 sqm. Currently, three halls with an area of 50,000 sqm are available to clients, which are 90% leased. The commercialization process for the remaining part of the third hall, with an area of 5,500 sqm, is underway. In addition to Domo Service, the clients of the Panattoni center include companies such as Cechofracht, Ceva Logistics, and Great United Trading.
