New Solaris buses in the MZA fleet

Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe (MZA) in Warsaw have received the first three of sixteen Solaris Urbino 10 buses ordered this year. With the completion of this order, the total number of Solaris vehicles in MZA livery will exceed 700.

New Solaris buses in the MZA fleet

The Solaris Urbino 10 buses for MZA are fully low-floor, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with a monitoring system. Solaris buses come standard with a kneeling function that allows the vehicle entrance level to be lowered by approximately 70 mm, a folding ramp at the middle doors, and a dedicated, easily accessible space for a wheelchair or a stroller. All of this is designed to make them as easy as possible to use for people with mobility difficulties or parents traveling around the city with children in strollers. Drivers will benefit from an ergonomically designed workspace in an enclosed, secure cabin. Furthermore, the vehicles are equipped with automatic fire suppression systems, which minimize the risk of fire in the engine compartment.
