The goal of the electronic corporate card system implementation project is to strengthen security of access to IT systems. Logging into workstations and domains will be performed exclusively based on a certificate stored on an electronic card. The card will enable email authorization using an electronic signature and encryption of its content. At the same time, the corporate cards will allow for access control to protected rooms, parking lots, and special zones. They will also be used as a tool for time and attendance tracking throughout the company.
– The project involves creating an integrated system based on a database common to all branches. Introducing centralized management will improve the security of all aspects of the company’s IT environment. The advantage of our electronic corporate card system is the wealth of functionality concentrated in one small tool, which makes the investment very cost-effective, especially in times of economic slowdown – said Bogdan Niziołek, Commercial Director of OPTeam SA.
The project will be completed by the end of September 2010.
