With the finalization of the transaction in which the private equity fund Bridgepoint acquired a majority stake in CTL Logistics S.A., the announced changes in the Company’s governing bodies have also been implemented.
The position of President of the Management Board, previously held for the last 15 years by Jarosław Pawluk, has been taken over by the former Managing Director, Krzysztof Sędzikowski. The former CEO has taken a position on the Supervisory Board, where he was joined by Cezary Nowakowski from the Nowakowski and Partners law firm, which cooperates with CTL, as well as representatives of Bridgepoint: Khai Tan, Wojciech Napiórkowski, Paweł Ryszkiewicz, and Urszula Korpert. The new CEO of CTL has announced the continuation of the Company’s existing strategy, which over 15 years has achieved the status of the largest private railway carrier in Poland and one of the largest carriers in all of Europe.
