Mantis Polska has completed the first stage of implementing the Warehouse Vision (WMS) system, part of the Logistics Vision Suite platform, at the warehouse of No Limit, a company known in the logistics services market for handling the most demanding clients. No Limit manages its clients’ goods in three warehouses with a total area of 21,000 sqm, and its portfolio includes well-known companies such as Pepsico, Procter&Gamble, Rossignol, Sunlight Polska, and Makro Cash&Carry.
Following an analysis of logistics processes, the actual implementation took place, with the first stage completed in less than a month. Such rapid implementation was possible thanks to the unique design of the Warehouse Vision system, which allows for the effective fulfillment of a logistics operator’s needs during the implementation phase through appropriate configuration and the correct selection of parameters. In addition to standard WMS-class system functionalities, Warehouse Vision also handles large-sized products at No Limit. The process of automatically assigning storage locations is carried out taking into account slot sizes, maximum weight, storage zones, and carrier types. Due to the diversity of the assortment, the WMS system supports 16 types of carriers. Warehouse Vision also reports the progress of warehouse processes to clients served by No Limit via EDI messages.
