K-EX specializes in serving online stores. The vast majority of them also conduct sales via the Allegro platform. In doing so, they use the online Allegro sales manager application – a tool that helps control the progress of transactions.
– This is a very good solution, but at the shipment preparation stage, the seller had to manually create documentation for each parcel. For large stores, this was a significant inconvenience. Thanks to the integration of our system with the Allegro manager, we have managed to streamline this process. Everything happens automatically – explains Mariusz Czepiec, Commercial Director at K-EX. – We provide the seller with quick and easy preparation of shipments along with full documentation, while the recipient receives information from us about the delivery time, the waybill number, and the current status of the shipment – he adds.
From the beginning of April, K-EX contractors active on Allegro will have the ability to automatically prepare shipments. All contractors who report such a need to the K-EX sales department will be able to use the new functionality.
