more7 Polska (http://www.more7.pl/) is implementing its proprietary CRM7 system in cooperation with ComArch S.A. at the Kłodawa Salt Mine (http://www.sol-klodawa.com.pl/). This implementation is the result of the strengthening cooperation between both IT companies in the field of integrating the CRM7 system with the flagship ERP solution – CDN_Egeria.
The mine conducts extraction using a traditional mining method, which allows for the full preservation of the natural qualities of the salt created by nature. Final products are obtained through mechanical processing, i.e., by crushing, grinding, and sorting without the use of chemical treatments. Kłodawa salt is a mineral with a high degree of purity and does not require enrichment processes. The implemented CDN_Egeria_CRM7 solution is intended in the first stage for 99 end-users at the Kłodawa Salt Mine. The system is designed, in particular, to meet the need for streamlining internal information flow, unifying the customer database, and improving the quality of customer service and acquisition.
