Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate advisor, has brokered the lease of 35,000 sq m of modern warehouse space for FM Logistic at Europolis Park Poland Central. This is the largest lease agreement signed in the warehouse real estate market this year.

The new FM Logistic warehouse is located at Europolis Park Poland Central in Wola Bykowska near Piotrków Trybunalski, at the junction of the A1 motorway, connecting northern and southern Poland, and the E67 expressway, connecting Warsaw with the Silesian agglomeration.
As emphasized by Yann Belgy, General Manager of FM Logistic in Poland – The excellent location of our new warehouse, allowing for nationwide delivery services, will contribute significantly to the development of our strategy in Poland for the coming years.
According to Piotr Bzowski from Europolis, the developer of the Park – The project combines the advantages of an excellent location and transport cost optimization with high labor availability, which allowed us to meet the expectations of such a specialized client known for its high requirements. We are also prepared to implement further expansion plans within the project – adds Bzowski.
Europolis Park Poland Central, with a total area of 75,000 sq m, is located on 122 hectares of land and will ultimately offer over 500,000 sq m of total leasable area. The facility can accommodate both distribution centers and production halls for light industry, characterized by the flexibility of space arrangement.
