The EMAX Group has begun the implementation of mySAP HR solutions to support human capital management. Supported by BCC, the implementation will cover three companies: Emax SA in Poznań, Winuel SA in Wrocław, and Max Elektronik SA in Zielona Góra.
mySAP HR will process data for over 500 employees of the companies within the Emax Group. The implementation covers the areas of personnel administration, organizational structure management, payroll accounting, and time management.
An interesting element of the implementation is the solution for Emax SA, which will support the settlement of wage subsidies for employees hired within a sheltered employment workshop (ZPChr). BCC will prepare an extension to the mySAP HR standard in this area. As part of the project, an interface will be created connecting Emax’s SAP system with SOD (Subsidy Service System), through which settlements with PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons) are conducted.
Implementation work is being carried out by BCC, with the support of SAP consultants from Winuel SA, who will prepare a group of non-standard HR and payroll reports. The project in the Emax Group is another venture (following the SAP implementation at the Wrocław City Hall) carried out jointly by BCC and Winuel.
The productive start of the solution is planned for March 2006.
