Construction of another Panattoni warehouse begins in Silesia

Panattoni Europe has announced the start of construction on another warehouse in one of the largest logistics parks in Poland. The area of the new building will be 28,500 sq m.

Despite the difficult situation in the industrial real estate market, Panattoni is not stopping the expansion of its investments. In March, the developer is starting the construction of Hall F with an area of 28,500 sq m in one of the largest logistics parks in Poland, Panattoni Park Mysłowice. The planned completion date for the investment is the third quarter of 2009.

The Silesia region is showing growing demand for industrial real estate. In response to the needs of this market, the developer intends to deliver approximately 100,000 sq m of modern warehouse and office space in this area over the coming months. So far, Panattoni has delivered the first hall in Mysłowice with an area of 20,000 sq m, which was fully leased by ND Logistics. In the currently ongoing construction phase, the park will expand by another 3 buildings: Hall D with an area of 23,117 sq m, Hall C with an area of 22,256 sq m, and Hall G – 33,415 sq m. Hall F will be the fifth building in the center. There are also plans for a 6th building with an area of 51,000 sq m. Upon completion of the work, Panattoni Park Mysłowice will be one of the largest parks in Poland, with a total area of 190,500 sq m.

Panattoni Park Mysłowice is a priority investment for Panattoni Europe. The excellent location and good infrastructure of the region are potential that companies from all over Poland appreciate. The location of the park provides ideal conditions for domestic and international transport and easy access to a highly qualified workforce. New tenants choosing the Panattoni investment in Mysłowice appreciate the close proximity to the Pyrzowice airport, which is only 30 kilometers away, as well as the proximity to the A4 motorway running through Mysłowice and the S1 expressway, which allows for quick access to Warsaw, Krakow, Bielsko, Cieszyn, and other Polish and European cities.
