IDS Group is a leader in the production and distribution of mineral water in Ukraine with a market share of over 28 percent. The most important retail chains and over 1,000 of their partners are connected to the ECOD platform in Ukraine.

The Comarch ECOD Distribution system being implemented at IDS Group will play an important role by streamlining and automating communication and reporting processes regarding distributor activities in the retail market. This will allow us, among other things, to have greater control over the work of our distributors and increase the efficiency of our sales force operations.
The project to implement Comarch ECOD Distribution at IDS Group involves connecting over 70 distributors cooperating with IDS Group to a common integration and reporting platform. As part of the implementation, work is being carried out to integrate the internal systems of these distributors with the ECOD Distribution platform. The data exchanged as part of the project includes, in addition to stock levels and resale, information on the debt of retail outlets, the placement of refrigeration equipment, product catalogs, orders, and order confirmations. An integral part of the project is the ECOD Business Portal solution, which provides a range of reports and analyses directly to IDS Group employees and the distributors themselves.
