Building enterprise efficiency in the sphere of logistics processes requires a broad perspective that will allow for the balancing of all elements of the logistics system in terms of their potential as well as process consistency. A systemic view supplemented by an analysis of the planes creating the efficiency of the implemented processes will allow for the final achievement of a specific synergy effect. That is, achieving an effect that will be the best confirmation of the good cooperation of the company’s elements, creating an effective logistics system for the organization.
