The ERP company is leading the implementation of a system supporting human resources management, SAP HR, in a state administration unit of the Republic of Lithuania. BCC consultants are supporting the ERP project team in preparing the SAP HR system, including areas such as personnel administration, training management, and recruitment. The institution for which the ERP company is carrying out the project will be the first organization in Lithuania to use the SAP HR solution.
Support for the SAP HR implementation is the second project in Lithuania in which BCC is involved. Between 2005 and 2006, BCC conducted an implementation in the Central European branches of the paper distributor, Antalis. This project also included the company UAB Antalis Lietuva.
