At the end of last year, the company completed the reorganization process of the Operations Department. After analyzing the market situation, the Company’s Management Board decided to integrate the domestic and international freight forwarding divisions, which became part of the Operations Department. In each branch, a Team Leader position was established, responsible for coordinating the department’s operational work, managing administrative and organizational matters, and actively participating in the company’s commercial and HR policy. The sales and finance departments have been strengthened. Furthermore, as part of improving cooperation with contractors, the company has already introduced a fast payment offer and implemented other settlement options beneficial to carriers.
