The task of the SPOCS project is to create interoperability of ICT systems, which will allow for overcoming technological barriers in the implementation of cross-border administrative procedures electronically, as well as building the next generation of Single Point of Contact (SPOC) portals created as a result of the implementation of the Services Directive in each EU member state. The meeting will present solutions developed within the project in the areas of, among others, content syndication, e-documents, and e-services.
The meeting is aimed at representatives of the business community, associations of entrepreneurs, chambers of commerce, as well as ICT sector companies and representatives of public administration. Participants of the meeting will gain knowledge about the project’s solutions, which aim to facilitate the entry of entrepreneurs into European markets and the modernization of public administration based on the latest technologies.
Since the previous meeting, a number of works have been carried out in the SPOCS project regarding the development and integration of all technical modules of the project with national portals. Furthermore, in June, SPOCS began the pilot phase for three professions (real estate agent, travel agent, master builder). Entrepreneurs now have the opportunity to carry out relevant administrative procedures electronically in order to start providing services in selected EU countries. The second phase of the pilot (architect and tourist animator professions) begins in the autumn.
The goal of the meeting is to present the interoperability of systems in practice, discuss technical aspects and experiences from the project’s pilot. Meeting participants will learn how to use SPOCS project solutions in practice. Special guests of the meeting will be partners of the e-CODEX pilot project. The goal of the project is to develop cross-border solutions in the field of justice.
Registration can be done on the project website SPOCS (after registering on the site, click the link for meeting registration – SPOCS Industry Group) or by sending an application to the email address: communication@eu-spocs.eu
The meeting will be conducted in English.
