ABC Akademia is implementing the ABC/M system at Torfarm S.A. based on the ABC/M Explorer® software for cost and profitability management using Activity-Based Costing/Management (ABC/M).
Torfarm S.A. is a leader in the wholesale pharmaceutical distribution market for pharmacies, as well as the most complex supply chain in Poland.
The goal of the project is to build and implement an advanced and industry-unique cost and profitability management system based on ABC/M (Activity Based Costing / Management).
