Europe Net is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
The Europe Net NV network was founded in 1988. The founders of this pan-European organization dedicated to truck service are well-known European assistance companies: ADAC TruckService, ACI GLOBAL, EURO 24, FALCK, SERVICE 24 Austria, and SERVICE 24 Switzerland. Through 13 regional offices, Europe Net operates in 36 European countries. Thanks to 19 decentralized call centers, the network ensures that all customers can communicate in their native language. In Poland, the Europe Net network is represented by Starter TruckService. Each national center is connected to the common ENIA operating system, which, based on an internet platform, allows for real-time monitoring of the order progress by users from different countries. International management, local knowledge, and 24/365 operation allow for the best results in the form of fast and professional truck service at the scene of the incident. The Europe Net network provides assistance in everyday yet unforeseen situations such as: vehicle breakdown, accident, fine, penalty, or lack of fuel. The main and unique competence of this network is repairing the vehicle at the scene of the incident without the need for towing and repair in a workshop. A successful roadside repair significantly reduces the time of unforeseen and forced downtime, which often also translates into avoiding penalties related to delayed delivery of the transported cargo.
With a network of over 40,000 workshops, Europe Net can support and complement the networks of truck and component manufacturers. Transport companies and CFM companies can also benefit from the roadside assistance offered by the network. This organization does not offer a standard product and does not limit itself to rigid frameworks, which allows it to offer constant vehicle mobility without forgetting the flexibility that allows for the creation of an individual “tailor-made” product. Europe Net is a European assistance partner for trucks, regardless of whether the breakdown concerns the engine, tires, refrigeration unit, axles, or other equipment, and whether it takes place in Finland, Turkey, or Poland.
Based on many years of experience, the network has managed to create a pan-European tire service. Europe Net Tyre Competence Center (EN TCC) is an operational center handling all matters related to tire breakdowns across Europe. Thanks to agreements with tire manufacturers, EN TCC can offer fixed tire prices regardless of the country where the breakdown occurred, which allows truck owners to easily and quickly calculate costs.
