Eurinpro, an international developer recently present on the Polish market, as well as Silvano Chiapparoli Logistica SpA and UniEuro SpA, have signed an agreement under which Eurinpro will build a 50,000 sqm logistics center in Anagni, Italy. Chiapparoli and UniEuro will lease these “tailor-made” warehouses.
Eurinpro has acquired a 105,000 sqm plot of land in Anagni, near Rome. This location provides easy access to central and southern Italy thanks to good connections with the A1 motorway on the Rome-Naples section, 4 km from the Anagni exit and 6 km from the railway station. The site of the new logistics center is 40 km from Rome Ciampino Airport and 70 km from Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
The location in Anagni creates the possibility of further expanding the center by 30,000 sqm and adapting it to the individual needs of future investors.
