The agreement concluded with Summit Packaging concerns the construction of the first factory in Poland for this American company, which is a leading global manufacturer of aerosol valves. As part of the investment, SKALSKI will build a warehouse and production hall with an area of 2,500 sq. m., which can be expanded by an additional 4,000 sq. m. in the future. The hall will be built using ASTRON system steel hall technology. Due to the production profile, the hall requires the use of advanced technological solutions, such as compressed air, heat recovery, and cooling installations. In addition to the hall, SKALSKI will build—using traditional technology—a single-story administrative building with an area of 500 sq. m. and a parking lot with an area of 2,000 sq. m. The value of the investment is approximately PLN 10 million.
The investment, which started at the beginning of this month, is being built in the “Czysta I” Industrial Park, which is part of the Tarnów subzone of the Kraków Special Economic Zone. The park houses warehouses of world-renowned companies, including Becker.
