For the fast and safe transport of soybean oil by rail, the company from Bitterfeld chose CTL Logistics. The Polish private railway carrier launched weekly block train transports on the Rotterdam – Saxony-Anhalt route as early as June 2005.
Transport on the last mile is handled by the Connex subsidiary – Regiobahn Bitterfeld Berlin (RBB) on the company’s industrial siding in Bitterfeld. In this way, transshipment of goods is carried out without detours or delays.
In the field of vegetable oil transport, both CTL Logistics and RBB possess specific expertise. For example, both companies have been transporting rapeseed oil between Poznań and Bitterfeld since September 2004.
