On Monday, March 19, 2007, a ceremony was held to mark the commissioning of the new hall. The building will house production and direct quality control. It will also contain a warehouse for materials, raw materials, and semi-finished products. The facility covers over 8,000 square meters. The new building will accommodate workstations for nearly 200 people.
The area around Dobrodzień is a phenomenon on the Polish employment map – unemployment has remained at a constant, very low level of 3.5 percent for several years. Such an excellent result is primarily due to the activity and enormous potential of local furniture companies, among which Kler SA is the largest. Currently, about 800 people work in the production plants in Dobrodzień.
The company prides itself on the title of SAFE WORK ORGANIZER EMPLOYER awarded by the National Labour Inspectorate, District Labour Inspectorate in Opole. Kler SA has won this competition three times: it took first place in 2002, and second place in 2000 and 2001. Another source of pride is the POLISH PRESTIGE 2002 emblem won by Kler in the first edition of the Great Promotional Competition of Polish Companies. The title is awarded to enterprises that build their market position based on reliability in contacts with business partners and the broadly understood environment.
