Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (C&W/H&B) was named ‘European Commercial Property Agent of the Year 2005’ at the European Property Awards 2005 ceremony, held at the Expo Real international property exhibition in Munich.
These awards recognize the best examples of European property development, investment, innovation, management, and consultancy, and are presented by a panel of real estate specialists from across Europe.
The award was accepted by Eric van Leuven, partner and head of the C&W/H&B Portuguese office, during the gala awards ceremony at the International Congress Centre in Munich, which took place on October 10th of this year.
Companies competing for the award included AtisReal, CB Richard Ellis, C&W/H&B, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Knight Frank. This was the first year the awards were presented, and their unique character lies in the fact that they recognize success and innovation at a European level.
