Eurinpro, a provider of customer-oriented “bespoke” logistics solutions, has announced that it is joining forces with the international real estate group Macquarie Goodman Group.
Bart Verhaeghe, CEO and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurinpro, in addition to his current position in Europe, will become a member of the Macquarie Goodman Global Executive committee, which oversees Macquarie Goodman’s operations in Australia, Asia, and Europe. Macquarie Goodman is a listed integrated property group that operates in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. The company’s operations include: real estate investment, fund management, property development, and property services.
– Eurinpro has a well-established position as a leader in the European market in creating and investing in top-quality “bespoke” logistics properties. Undoubtedly, however, there is still significant development potential for the company both in this area and in non-European markets – said Bart Verhaeghe. – I am delighted that by combining our skills and resources with those of Macquarie Goodman, Eurinpro will gain new opportunities to strengthen its current position and increase its market share in existing and new markets.
