Apreo Logistics – a freight forwarder and logistics service provider in Poland and Europe – has made the SWIP system, used for managing transport orders and fleets, available to carriers as part of raising cooperation standards. In line with its adopted strategy, Apreo Logistics has also introduced an attractive, individualized settlement system for its partners, allowing them to choose payment terms and conditions. Committed to service quality, the company is building a so-called “Purchasing Group” – guaranteeing contracted carriers high discounts on access to products necessary for transport operations and the purchase of logistics services.
Apreo Logistics offers modern technical solutions based on unifying service standards that optimize transport costs. To streamline cooperation, the company takes over administrative tasks from carriers and provides them with the SWIP Vehicle Support and Planning System. The software, which includes electronic document workflow (EDW) and CRM modules, fully controls the management of operational processes. The system is used, among other things, to manage transport orders and fleets, ensures two-way communication with drivers and subcontractors, and enables vehicle monitoring, which significantly improves control over the entire logistics process.
– Since the beginning of its operations, Apreo Logistics has guaranteed carriers high-quality services and an attractive cooperation system. Our mission is a partnership based on reliability and credibility, which is why, in the very first month of our operations, we fully settled the liabilities of Vos Logistics Polska towards the transport companies taken over by Apreo Logistics. We focus primarily on simple, timely, and automated settlements with carriers – said Arkadiusz Glinka, Managing Director of Apreo Logistics.
On June 1, 2007, Apreo Logistics SA took over all forwarding activities from Vos Logistics Polska Sp. z o.o. The company continues the multi-year tradition of Euroad and Vos, offering a full range of transport services within the country and Europe. It specializes mainly in organizing logistics processes and large-capacity full-truckload transport, and provides supporting services such as warehousing and customs clearance.
