Warehouse real estate market
The market for modern warehouse space in the first half of 2012, and especially in the second quarter, developed less dynamically than in the previous year. The volume of lease agreements concluded fell by nearly 27% compared to the second half of 2011. However, a 17% increase in supply and a decrease in the vacancy rate by 0.2 percentage points were also recorded. In the first half of 2012, nearly 315,000 sq m of modern warehouse space was delivered to the market. Total modern warehouse space resources in Poland amounted to 7,370,000 sq m in June 2012.
