In Western Europe, e-invoicing is already a standard.

TNT Express convinces clients that an electronic invoice is a modern and convenient equivalent of a paper invoice. It is a full-fledged financial document that meets the requirements of tax regulations in Poland. This is confirmed by an opinion issued by the Minister of Finance for TNT Express. E-invoicing also means security in settlements with tax and customs offices.
– Last year alone, we issued over 53,000 electronic invoices. We estimate that this saved 10 tons of paper – adds Jolanta Krupowicz.
Ordering an e-invoice is very simple: just send a completed “Electronic invoice acceptance” form to TNT, downloaded from the website www.tnt.com.pl.
